MEET THE TEAM
Dave Clark:
With over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial construction -high end residential and property development – Dave knows what he’s doing. From pricing right through to completion, including on-site project management and multi contract management, he’s the man for the job.
A quantity surveyor by trade, Dave is a third generation building contractor; making stuff is in the blood. He truly loves the buzz of the construction world: the whole process of seeing a job right through from start to finish with a great business partner, a tight team of skilled operators and lots of big, awesome plant and equipment. What’s not to love? When he’s not on a noisy civil construction site, Dave enjoys being with his family and takes full advantage of any chance to get outdoors, particularly getting out on the water, power boating, sailing, diving and fishing.
Dan Barclay:
Born into a contracting family and with an early passion for construction, Dan has a trade qualification in carpentry and joinery and the benefit of over 30 years of experience across the New Zealand construction industry, making him an extraordinarily well-qualified civil works director.
Dan’s main role is to lead the team of civil and drainlaying supervisors in their collaborative work with various clients, consultants, subcontractors and local authorities, driving projects to completion.
When he’s away from the business, you’ll most likely find Dan on, in or around the water, fishing or boating with his family.

Leaving little to chance we believe in having only company-owned and well-maintained gear, it’s about consistency, reliability and delivery to our clients.
Our extensive range of heavy plant includes 10 excavators from 1.5t through 21t, 3 tip trucks from 5t to 20t, rollers, compactors and bulldozers. We have the company-owned gear to get any job done.
